Hotel Relax Marrakech - Marrakesh

The room was clean and provided timely towel changes.

My mother had to wait for hours, completely unacceptable for a 70-year-old woman. The incompetency of the staff left us scrambling for alternatives.

Absolutely brilliant, 3-star hotel with nice staff and great wifi. Clean and immaculate room with a view over mountain. A lot of supplies in the room: central heating, multi-channel TV, and an electronic key card.

No complains at all, the venue met what was needed, would recomand it. Everything was fine in this relaxing and wonderful hotel. The location was nice for me as it was close enough to the centre, all shops and shopping places...

Best birthday surprise ever!

The staff was amazing and super attentive. They surprised me with a birthday cake at breakfast, complete with candles and a song! Such a sweet gesture! Only issue was the room was a bit dated, could use some TLC, but the experience totally made up for it. Loved the vibe at the restaurant too!

Everything was good, BRILLIANT hotel, the location was excellent close enough to very big super markets, many restaurants and a super market and airport. Greatly enjoyed the way our clean double room with a nice bathroom was arranged. The price was gbp 30.

I could have almost praised this place, but the noise was unbearable, and the shower was filthy. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for enduring such discomfort. With ancient beds that squeak and a so-called restaurant with only fast food, it's unimpressive. A hotel globe should definitely take notes.

The morning breakfast offered a good variety that impressed our family. The staff exhibited really good attentiveness. We enjoyed a fantastic view of the mountains from our room, a beautiful way to start each day.

During my recent group visit, i found the modern decor and cute atmosphere at the hotel to be a good surprise. The rooms were equipped with a tv, comfy beds, and timely room service. As a family, we relished the quality breakfast that included a variety of options to kickstart our days in marrakech.

I enjoyed my stay in the Double Room with a powerful shower after exploring Marrakech. The small pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat. Despite some noise from the street, I found comfort in my clean room and daily towel changes, essential for my busy days ahead.

The rooms here are spacious and include all the essential amenities at a reasonable price of 30 pounds.

This place was great, our twin room was clean and had everything we needed, the staff was friendly and provided good service, and the atmosphere was really nice.
